Due to several requests from potential submitters 
for a little more time, the deadline has been 
extended to Friday 6 November 2009.

Selected papers will be published in a special 
edition of the Journal for Interactive Media in 
Education (JIME).

OER10 will provide an International forum 
consisting of a stimulating and engaging mix of 
keynotes, project presentations and case studies, 
refereed papers, workshops, demos and symposia 
all promoting and disseminating best practice in 
OER.

The event will take place at the award winning 
Gillespie Centre at Clare College, Cambridge. The 
Centre, opened in 2009, accommodates up to 150 in 
its lecture theatre and stunning break-out rooms.


Call for Proposals - deadline 6/11/09

The OER10 Programme Committee welcomes proposals 
for oral presentations, workshops, symposia and 
demonstrations related to one or more of the 
conference themes:

     1 - Open educational content
     2 - OER design
     3 - Open educational communities

Social Events

On Monday evening a reception takes place in the 
imposing Pitt Building in central Cambridge, home 
to Cambridge University Press, the oldest printer 
and publisher in the world. Wines and a selection 
of cocktail canapés will be served. Sponsored by

On Tuesday there will be a drinks reception 
followed by a sumptuous four-course dinner in the 
magnificent 17th century Great Hall at Clare 
College. After-dinner speaker is Nick Poole, 
Chief Executive of the Collections Trust.
