Hello members
Standard NHS Contracts for acute, community and other services
include a Schedule 5 for local definition and as part of this Schedule there is
a “Monthly equality monitoring report”. The format, method and timeframe
for delivery of the equality monitoring are to be defined locally. Does anyone have
an example of the specific requirements agreed for this monthly reporting? I
will be very grateful if anyone can share its format or specific requirements
they include.
