Or: The 3rd International Archaeological Film Festival at Besançon, with seven awards, will take place from 14th to 18th October 2009, with the help of various institutional partners including the Ministry of Culture and local and private contributers: Museum Bibracte the magazine Archeologia etc. In 2007 this event attracted nearly 10 000 participants. This year it will offer free screening of fifty-one films selected for the recent competition. On Saturday, October 17, 2009 there will be a roundtable, bringing together an invited audience of archaeologists and film industry professionals (producers and / or directors) who wish to discuss their respective expectations in film making under the title, "Archaeology". This debate will take place at the premises of the DRAC Franche Comté in Besançon. Please circulate this information.
