Hi Jeba, As several others on this list have noted, there are various opportunities for studying for a PhD. Different institutions offer different facilities, but there should be something out there for you. At Dundee we are currently supervising overseas students, who are conducting their research in their own countries. It is usual for them to travel here once or twice a year for face-to-face supervision, but the bulk of that can be done by video-conference. As Chris McCourt mentioned, it is crucial to have good supervision, and especially when student and supervisors are not meeting frequently. I am happy to discuss if you wish to contact me off-line. We have a 'Higher Degrees by research' web page which you could look at: https://secure.dundee.ac.uk/medden/web/frameindex?org_id=1 Best wishes, Andrew Symon -----Original Message----- From: A forum for discussion on midwifery and reproductive health research.
