medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture Well, Cambridge have clearly found a slow surface route - they are saying that copies will not be available in the USA until November, while at the same time they are claiming that it is already available in the UK! (I suspect both statements to be untrue...) Amazon quote me $7.98 for shipping from the USA, which is not too far adrift of Cambridge's £3.50 within the UK!
