Thanks Liz and everyone else who has already contributed.  We are getting some reallyinteresting organisational structures and some fab ideas coming through, thanks everyone so far, and please keep them coming!  It is really very intersting to read everything.  I will collate all the responses to the list in due course.

Please do share any good models of Learning Development within widening participation contexts......

I am looking into the ways in which WP is integrated into some HEIs, and am finding it interesting that there seems to be little consistency over where WP "sits" within institutions.   I'd be really interersted, and grateful, if you could let me know where the main function of WP rests within your institutions, and how it works in terms of reporting structures.
