This is a worrying development. What is the justification. I was still under the impression that we had to make information freely available, but that if officer-time was requested to process data then we could charge for that time.

Last week I was informed that we can’t charge anyone any longer, based on our legal service’s recent review of the Environmental Information Regulations.
