2 Service Delivery Consultants with GIS Experience Job Reference-211009-ISSDC North West England Salary to £45,000 This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced IT/GIS service delivery professional to play a key part in realising ‘bottom line’ business improvements to the operational services of my client’s external customers. You will be joining a very talented multi-disciplined delivery group that includes applications, operations and technical specialists. Your contribution will focus on planning and implementing change management schedules that you have agreed with the client. You will manage and personally become involved in planning, project managing and delivering Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements to a broad cross section of client types within both private and public sector. You will be the fulcrum between GIS and the company’s business managers who are looking for better ways to manage their business, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your flair and innovation. Suitable candidates will have strong current service delivery experience and be a qualified Prince 2 practitioner.
