i Transform Project Co-ordinator, Leeds Museums and Galleries

Minimum 60 days, project fee £10,000 (excluding travel expenses)

We are looking for a freelance Project Coordinator to work with Leeds 
Museums and Galleries on an adult learning Transformation Fund project 
between November 2009 and May 2010. 

The Project Coordinator will build up sustainable relationships with local 
community groups at Kirkstall Abbey, Lotherton Hall and Temple Newsam and 
work with them and artists to use new technologies to reinterpret the 
collections. The Coordinator will be responsible for developing a 
sustainable model of future working that can be rolled out across Leeds 
Museums and Galleries in the future.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of multi-stranded 
project management, excellent communication skills with a variety of 
groups, a knowledge of object-based learning and an interest in new 
technologies. 

The role is for an immediate start in November 2009 and continues until 
May 2010 and is subject to an enhanced CRB check.
