Well this is running on a cluster under CentOS. We use SGE and I think default is 2G RAM per job but I could add up to 8G...

I guess it isn't able to find the config-file FA_2_FMRIB58_1mm? What is the standard path to that file?

Also, what files should I expect to be generated after each tbss step?
