Dear FSL users, Though I'm sure this is a pretty basic question I am still new to imaging and I am not sure what exactly is better to use; fslvbm_2_template -a or fslvbm_2_template -n. Are there specific cases where one is better than the other. I am doing a comparison of 17 patients and 17 control subjects to see if there is any gray matter changes in the locus coeruleus. Which option would you recommend using? --Ajay
