We are also having problem accessing the website. It is very, very slow and keeps dying. I cannot access the Pupils tab at all to make any amendments. I have tried ringing the helpline and no one answers the telephone. I have resorted to emailing them but only to have a reply back saying that because of the volume they are receiving "it may take up to two days" for them to respond. Tried to make amendments yesterday but could not access it all. Very, very frustrating! Regards. I have tried to contact the helpline by telephone - only to be told that all the operators are busy and to ring back later. We have been experiencing difficulties with our internal network - so I was just wondering if anyone else was having difficulties with this particular website or is it just me?
