Tim,

 

Agree, further history and clinical exam details are essential for interpretation and to suggest further tests. On contacting the clinician, they said that the lady had webbed neck and shield like chest, however they didn't perform examination of the genitalia.


 Now what?

A physical examination is always necessary. For example, an Imperforate hymen or Vaginal aplasia is a cause of amennorrhoea
