Request: Parrot stool culture for campylobacter
 
It isn't a biochemistry request, so send to microbiology to deal with it.

The following request card arrived in our chemistry/haematology sample reception a few days ago.
Would anyone care to guess the specimen type, clinical details or the requested test?  (I'll send the answer round later today)
It isn't the worst writing I've seen, but I think it shows how useful electronic requesting could/can be!
