In Wales we have just merged Primary and Secondary care into Health Boards expanding the work of our few POCT staff enormously. I've been asked to provide a workforce plan for POCT to meet the increased needs and wondered if other POCT Managers would share with me their staffing levels and workloads so I have some 'evidence' to help me with my plan.
