It highlights, I think, how the NHS now uses open disclosure of performance, which, in my view, could serve as a useful tool to drive improvements in health care (well, maybe, if done tactfully).

 

It also shows that England leads the world when it comes to changing the names of its quangos - if I’m counting right, the Care Quality Commission is on its fourth name change since 2000.
