Hi, Steve,

I am not clear what button I should click, the results? Then how can I bring up to select a size-specified sphere?

I was told that if the SPM toolbox has wfu_pick-atlas in the SPM toolbox, then we can do the small volume correction. But ?I have the below errors:

??? Error using ==> spm_vol>subfunc at 135
D:\NOCO_SPM\Charboneau\group analysis\2samp22_an1_con4\beta_0001.img: Unknown file
format.
Error in ==> spm_vol>subfunc1 at 83
    v = subfunc(P(i,:));
Error in ==> spm_vol>subfunc2 at 71
 V = subfunc1(P);
Error in ==> spm_vol at 57
V = subfunc2(P);
Error in ==> spm_reslice at 110
if ischar(P), P = spm_vol(P); end;
Error in ==> wfu_spm_getSPM5 at 434
   spm_reslice(P,flags);
Error in ==> spm_getSPM at 20
    [SPM,xSPM] = wfu_spm_getSPM5;
Error in ==> spm_results_ui at 274
 [SPM,xSPM] = spm_getSPM;
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

Any idea? Thanks.

Hi, There,
I am using SPM5, and try to use small volume correction to finalize our analysis results. But I am not quite sure how to do it. Is there anyone who can give me a help? I am really apprecianted.

When you click the button, have your cursor at the voxel-of-interest. Then you will either select a size-specified sphere or box around that voxel as constituting your small volume, or you can select a presaved image file that has all other voxels removed from a brain image. Actually, for the latter option, your cursor can be anywhere when you hit SVC.
