Hi Kevin,

The FOM guidance "Guidance on Ethics for Occupational Health Physicians" gives direction on this matter. The RCN also has guidance.

My understanding is that is must be a qualified Nurse/Dr. 

In the past when I was involved in a site closure, I obtained the OHNA's PIN number and checked this was valid. At the time I had further queries and Chris Cox from the RCN, was fab.

  We haven't come across this one before but can notes be passed onto / transferred into the custodianship of a registered Paramedic when a client swaps contractors?
