But: I think I found the (a?) problem: in /opt/glite/etc/glite_wms_wmproxy_httpd.conf SSLMutex was set to "sem": SSLMutex sem changing that to SSLMutex sysvsem makes httpd to work again. I found a hint on: http:[log in to unmask] Now yaim has also finished and the WMS seems to work okay (at least I am able to submit jobs trough this). To be honest: I do not understand why this change is needed. But I will copy this mail into savannah. Hope this information is somehow useful.
