Hi Nick We are scanning all our old reports and the new ones as they arrive, we are scanning at 300dpi as this is the standard for images (150dpi for text only) we are not using OCR. We are scanning straight to pdf, however this is not an archival format unless you convert them to pdfa which can be tricky. I also wondered if anyone had any specifications for scanning work they may have produced, as well as amounts of work to be done and prices quoted, that they would be happy to send us so we could pinch the good bits.
