Hi Try this: fslmaths standard -roi 0 45 0 109 0 45 0 1 right_inferior fslmaths standard -roi 45 45 0 109 0 45 0 1 left_inferior fslmaths standard -roi 0 45 0 109 45 45 0 1 right_superior fslmaths standard -roi 45 45 0 109 45 45 0 1 left_superior where standard is e.g. $FSLDIR/data/standard/MNI152_T1_1mm Cheers, Saad.
