http://timtrent.blogspot.com/2009/09/do-not-embed-software-on-your-site.html describes the huge irony that the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre has in good faith deployed a piece of software on its web site from a source in China and has, without fair Processing Notice or consent, exported my email address and many people's email addresses to a company in China.

Again my apologies to those with no access to blogs.  All I can suggest apart from asking your IT department to whitelist them is to forward this email to your private email address and check from home.

It's how I found out the the UKIC is now sending directly back by email a copy of the complaint.

The CEOP did this in good faith with the benefit of the public foremost in its mind.  What this shows is the absolute necessity to involve the Privacy Officer in all aspects of the business.
