Hi Wayne the Linux version we're using is Fedora Core 8, our NMR centre manager told me that he's installed CCPN in Open GL. I wasn't here when he installed it for me but it was my request. (But Tim asks if you can email us the PDB file so that he can take a look why that is failing.) On the crash front, can you tell us what version of Analysis you are using and also whether you are in Tk or OpenGL mode (not that that will necessarily be the issue here). And is this on Linux (and if so what flavour) or OSX or ...
