Researcher - INVISQUE Project

Starting Salary: £24,489pa including London Weighting

A two-year fixed term appointment based at the University's flagship  
campus in Hendon, north-west London, with participation in a range of  
work within the Interaction Design Centre, but primarily with a focus  
on the Invisique Project.

Conducting programming based research on novel technologies you will  
support a range of visual graphics based projects. You will also play  
a key role in developing leading edge software using a range of  
programming languages particularly Adobe Flash and Flex for the  
development of rich internet applications.

You should have:

	. graduated in a field relevant to the project
	. a Masters level degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent  
relevant experience
	. excellent programming skills using a range of programming languages  
including Adobe Flash and Flex  for rich internet applications
	. experience of using open source data base technology such as MySQL
	. knowledge of programming with Visualization Engines APIs and  
Graphics Algorithms
	. expertise in maintaining and developing complex web sites using Web  
2.0 technologies
	. good organisational skills and fluency in spoken and written English
