I am not certain that any standards are "truth" (irrespective of the units used), nor am I certain that cut-offs used in dynamic function tests are "truth" for all patients at all times. We have to work with uncertainty.  So thanks to Trainer PJ  Barth J. Sturgeon C  and Wieringer G for standardising the GH assay (even though they may not be messengers of absolute truth).
 
Cogito, ergo sum. I'm almost certain of that!
