He has a great knowledge of art and has conducted research on the impact of art on employee sentiment in the workplace. Best wishes Patrick Flood ---------- Bio : Michael McMorrow Michael McMorrow works for AIB Bank in Dublin and is Solution Designer for AIB?s Enterprise Data Warehouse. Michael has presented widely on Data Warehouse concepts and has been invited speaker at conferences in London, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Las Vegas, Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai. Michael was chairman of the Northern European User Group for Teradata (world leading Data Warehouse technology) in 2003 and 2004. Michael has a long-standing appreciation of, and connection with, art. He is a committee member of the AIB Art Society. He is a member of the IAAH (Irish Association of Art Historians), FNCI (Friends of the National Collections of Ireland), and Contemporary Arts Society and is a Friend of the Royal Hibernian Academy and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. While working full-time in AIB, Michael completed an honours B.A. degree (University College Dublin) in History of Art, Philosophy and Film Studies from 1993-1998. Michael has just completed the M.Sc (Mgmt.) Organisational Behaviour (Trinity College Dublin and the Irish Management Institute). His thesis, ?The Impact of Art in the Workplace on Employee Sentiment in AIB Bankcentre?, was awarded best thesis by the examination board. This thesis involved empirical research into the effect that art in the workplace has on employee behavioural dimensions such as stress, morale, creativity, internal networking and appreciation of diversity. ..................................
