Hi Claire, We've been running WPMU since about February 2007 and it's served up very well. We don't offer it as an open service where any user can self register but we rarely turn anyone down and offer it as a more appropriate publishing point than the corporate website for many users. Happy to answer any questions you have about our use of it off list.
