Hello SPMers,<br><br>I was wondering if there is a way to print the FWHM and var (values for each subject) as well as the chi-square plots during normalization of each subjects. <br><br>I would also like to know if any other statistical parameters (than above mentioned) provides better understanding of the the difference in two spatial normalization methods. e.g. with heavy regularization and medium regularization.<br>
