Hi-
I’m trying to replicate some intraclass correlation
analyses using SPM8 preprocessing. However, the script I have, which was
provided to me by another researcher quite a while ago, utilizes spm_get.m to
load the files. Obviously, SPM 5 and 8 don’t use spm_get.m and I am
having trouble using SPM2 on my office PC (don’t get me started about
having to use PC’s to do this stuff). Does anyone have any suggestions
about a m script that works similarly to spm_get that I could substitute into
the script I have or could suggest another script/tool that can perform
intraclass correlation of fMRI data collected at two time points?
