Attached is a skin care literature review I did a while back for the PG Dip OSH(...was 2000 really that long ago?). I hope it provides you with some assistance but beware, it may have been superceded by more recent research.

Could anyone advise me if they have any evidence based documentation that
supports the use of alcohol hand gel?

Hopefully the documentation would include the pros and cons for use.

Does anyone know what is the best product taking both economical and
functional uses in to question?
