Hello all Is anyone subscribed to the online version of the BJHCM? If so, I have a favour to ask.. At the end of the following article; Leadership Development: does it make a difference? March 2009 15 (3) p.121-125 there is a reference to a longer report on the subject of leadership development which is available through the BJHCM's website. However, it seems that this report is only available to those who have online access (which we don't).
