I have the same error that Mirtha reported in 2007 using FSL 4.1.4:
after 43 slices processed
"Queuing post processing stage" after running for more than 24 hours.
I also get the error /Applications/fsl/bin/bedpostx: line 220: 3633 Terminated
${subjdir}.bedpostX/monitor
bedpostx data check as below. There are no files that are generated.
