Hi FSL specialists:

We have a question on normalization. If we want to use multiple masks in stead of single mask, we should put 3 masks in the masks list, and then we will have 3 numbers of waytotal in the result. And which one should we use for the normalization?

On the other hand, if I put two masks in the masks list, and I put the third one in the optional targets with a waypoint mask, we obtain no fibres at last. So what is the function of the optional targets if we use the multiple masks?
