I want to correlate the FA maps with tow different test scores,(I guess that means 2 covariates)
however the result map indicates only one result in the region found to be correlated to the tests(one color) and I don't know which of the tests correlate with the FA,

Not quite sure what you're saying here - are you saying that you have two covariates, and the resulting two stats maps have some (spatial) overlap between them?
