I've received various versions of the following error after running bedpostx
on two sets of data:
Errors: wc:
/net/..../BEDPOSTX.bedpostX/commands.txt: No such file or directory
/usr/local/fsl-latest/bin/bedpostx: line 220: 13349 Terminated
${subjdir}.bedpostX/monitor
On the first data set, the dyads were not created. On the second set, the
bedpostX directory seems to be complete and the dyads look correct, but
probtrackX does not run properly on the data. In both cases, the
data_slice_00* files are still in the original bedpost directory. datacheck
ran without error.
