Dear
Colleagues,
I’m sure you suspected that we would extend the deadline for submission of
abstracts – and we have! But only by one week, until Friday 14 August.
The Program Committee is keen to receive a wide variety of papers that reflect
the breadth of expertise, research, action and questions that have emerged
since Social Inclusion was positioned as a government priority. Many
thanks to those who have already submitted papers on both staff and student
equity topics.
Our biennial EOPHEA conference is the time and place for equity practitioners
in higher education to network and share ideas and outcomes. Your
contributions are vital for a successful and vibrant conference.
Please schedule time next week to write 300 words on a topic that’s dear to
your heart. Other people also want to know what’s going on in your part
of the world. You can submit an abstract to:
I’d be grateful if you would actively circulate this invitation on to your
colleagues, and encourage them to submit a paper and/or register to attend the
conference. Links to the Abstract and Registration web pages are below.
Many thanks and best wishes - looking forward to seeing you in December,
Ruth
