Dear all
This subject has
come up several times, (and Sarah sent an interesting Guardian article just this
week).
It continues to
"bubble under" here in the sense that each time we conduct some redundancy
consultations we are increasingly being asked by the unions about EIA for each
specific situation, as opposed to an EIA on the policy
overall.
I am wondering
whether anyone has taken legal advice on the absolute requirements
in this area please?
