Dear Colleagues

I've been asked by one of the paediatric rheumatologists for serum
aldolase. It is on a child with a background of chronic inflammation in
whom they are now querying juvenile dermatomyositis. CK is normal. Does
anyone measure aldolase and is there any value in measuring it in this
clinical scenario?

Help and advice appreciated.
