The high scoring comments were:

Distribution 278:

Assuming 75g OGTT protocol followed and sample taken at 120 min, this is gestational DM according to NICE (WHO) criteria (March 2008). Advise prompt referral to ANC. Check baby for neonatal hypoglycaemia and repeat GTT on mother 6 weeks post partum’ and ’Glycosuria in pregnancy common. GTT confirms gestational D.M (NICE guidelines 2008), Seek obs/DM opinion on need to treat. Repeat GTT 6 weeks post partum to exclude persisitent DM. Monitor child for neonatal hypoglycaemia’

Distribution 279:

A transient mild hepatitis with normal bilirubin levels is commonly associated with EBV infection, suggest Paul Bunnel monospot test to confirm. If -ve suggest repeat tests in 2-3 weeks and screen for other causes of hepatitis if monospot still –ve’ and ’LFTs suggest hepatocellular damage. May be consistent with glandular fever - suggest monospot. Also consider infection, autoimmune, drugs/EtOH. Suggest serology and autoantibodies. GGT added. Repeat LFTs in 4 weeks. If not improved consider referral’.

Putting these comments in the box for the current distribution gave an Error "question 1 is 227 characters too long" for distributin 278 and "Question 1 is 256 characters too long" for distribution 279.

How this can be allowed? is there a hack that one can apply to be able to put extra characters without getting the error message? Is this fraudulant activity?

It is unfair for us with small comments and small scores!!
