Gwahoddiad
i lansio Cysill Ar-lein Eisteddfod Genedlaethol 2009
Annwyl gyfaill
Fe'ch gwahoddir yn gynnes i lansio fersiwn ar-lein o'n
gwirydd sillafu a gramadeg, Cysill, yn stondin Prifysgol Bangor, am 12.30
brynhawn Llun, y 3ydd o Awst, yn Eisteddfod Genedlaethol Cymru, Meirion a'r
Cyffiniau, yn y Bala.
Mae hi'n bum mlynedd ers i Uned Technolegau Iaith
Canolfan Bedwyr lansio ein pecyn meddalwedd poblogaiddd Cysgliad, sy'n cynnwys
Cysill a'n casgliad o eiriaduron electronig, Cysgeir. Bu'r rhain yn gaffaeliad
mawr i unrhyw un sy'n defnyddio'r Gymraeg ar eu cyfrifiadur, ac mae gennym
gynlluniau cyffrous ar eu cyfer i'r dyfodol ar-lein.
Bydd y sesiwn hon yn rhoi cyfle i chi glywed am rai o'r
cynlluniau hynny, gan gynnwys rhagolwg o'n Porth Termau Cenedlaethol, yn
ogystal â dysgu mwy am Cysill ar-lein.
Bydd cyfle i chi rwydweithio gydag aelodau SALT Cymru ar
ddiwedd y cyfarfod.

[invitation in English]
An
invitation to the launch of Cysill Ar-lein (Cysill Online)
at the National
Eisteddfod of Wales 2009
Dear friend,
You are warmly invited to the launch of an on-line
version of our Welsh spelling and grammar checker, Cysill, on the Bangor
University stand, at 12.30 Monday afternoon, the 3rd of August, at the
National Eisteddfod of Wales, Meirion and district, at Bala.
It is five years since the Language Technologies Unit,
Canolfan Bedwyr, launched our popular software package Cysgliad, which
includes Cysill and our compendium of electronic dictionaries, Cysgeir. These
have been an immense help to anyone using Welsh on their computer, and we have
exciting plans for their future online development.
This session will give you the opportunity to here of
some of these plans, including a prieview of the Wales National Terminology
Portal, as well as learning more about Cysill on-line.
There will be an opportunity for you to network
with SALT Cymru members at the end of the meeting.
