Hi all,
I'm learning to process tutorial data set by following Chapter 29 "Face data" in SPM5 Manual. Before "29.2.1 Estimate" section, everything looks normal. However, as I run model estimation, I notice there's an error at the end of command lines. I've copied whole messages as following. Please note that the error happens at the latter part of lines.
Running "Model estimation"

Done.
As I proceed to the next section "29.2.2 Inference for categorical design", I press "Result" button to invoke contrast manager. However I find there is only one contrast listed in the manager windows (please see error_contrast manager.jpg in attachement) rather than a number of contrasts listed in the manual (please see normal_contrast manager.jpg in attachment).
How can I solve this problem? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
