Dear SPMers, I would like to use Glass Brain functionality to visualise an Analyse image. Could you please advise what function I should use? The interface for spm_mip_ui is not straightforward and , if I understand correctly, assumes that there is SPM.mat structure associated with an image to visualise. There is no SPM.mat in my case.
