Dear Goulven, if you replicate the items using the GUI context menu, then you will have to update the dependencies manually. However, as Guillaume already mentioned, there are more efficient ways of analysing multiple subjects. The most efficient one (using scripts) is described in the manual. If you don't want to do this, there is still a way of running the same processing for multiple subjects: 1) save the batch job for a single subject (including dependencies, but without subject specific data) 2) when loading a new job, select the saved file as often as you want (either select it once, then use the "Ed" button to replicate the selected filename, or press the "Filter" button to redisplay the current directory contents) The resulting batch job will be a concatenation of N times your original job, with dependencies within each replica. Hope this helps, Volkmar Dear SPMers, When I specify : Realign and Unwarp Coreg: Estimate with an output of Realign and Unwarp (mean unwarped image) used as an input to Coreg and I then replicate both for another subject: Does the dependency link need to be updated so that it links the second Coreg to the second Realign rather than the first, or does it already link to the most recent Realign ? cheers Goulven <https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0907&L=SPM&P=86210>
