Hi, I'm normalising my anatomical T1 to the spm T1 template with SPM8 latest version (3164). Below is the log of this process. I get this message: Image "/autofs/space/bomba_016/users/chaumon/wranat.img" can not be resampled when it tries to display my image next to the template in the results figure and the frame stays white (snapshot attached). I get the same message again in the command window when I click on the template image in the figure. The normalised data is saved no problem and properly coregistered with the template.
