Senior Manager - Digital Communications EPSRC, Swindon Starting salary from £33,780 per annum + great benefits The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) was established in 1994 and is one of seven UK Research Councils. The EPSRC is the main UK government agency for funding research and training in engineering and the physical sciences, investing over £800 million a year in a broad range of subjects from mathematics to materials science and from information technology to structural engineering. EPSRC is looking for a creative and strategic individual to manage its digital communications team. You will be responsible for leading a team to devise, implement and maintain creative digital communications which achieve EPSRC's corporate objectives and support integrated communications campaigns and projects. Digital communications, primarily web-based, are a key communication channel for EPSRC. The senior manager for digital communications will lead a team of 4 people responsible for developing and maintaining the EPSRC website's content and creative digital solutions that support the objectives of a wide variety of projects and activities. Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have the ability to manage complex projects, preferably with a formal project management qualification. While not essential knowledge of digital communications, website design, and content management systems such as MOSS is highly desirable.
