Dear Dave, There are rich and extensive literatures in these areas. As a start try Googling any of your terms. Also add "MIS" (Management Information Systems) and "programming" and "modelling" for the software realm. For other rich sources use Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics and Architecture.
