Hello All I am in the process of try to persuade the PCT that an employee no longer requires weekly testing. I 'm looking for some research or legislation which may help to sway the panels decision to continue testing. History medical professional presented ( self referral)for assistance 5yrs ago with problems. pct suspended and professional body imposed undertakings. we have 4 yrs of negative tests- which I feel amounts to a rehabilitated individual. I would like them to change in the testing regime from weekly to random may be 6-10 times per year.
