Thank you to everyone who responded to my enquiry about social networking on public access computers. Here are the results.

 

I received 12 responses and all of these allowed adults access to social networking sites. 3 of these also allow access for teenagers with parental permission and 5 allow access to all users regardless of age. Only a couple of problems were reported and these centred around children’s access not adults.

 

Thank you to those who provided me with additional information about training sessions for staff and for the public, this will be very useful in the future.
