Frediano area of Florence, in a quiet street just off the river, some ten minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio and well served by bus routes. Borgo S. Frediano nearby has excellent local shops and there are also supermarkets within easy reach. There are several good restaurants in the vicinity. The flat occupies 70m2 on the second floor, with 1 double bedroom, living room, dining room, large kitchen with washing machine, bath and shower. There is independent gas-fired central heating. The kitchen and living room are south facing and very light, overlooking an airy courtyard with a persimmon tree. TV, telephone and Wi-Fi internet connection.
