Hi, I would like to run the melodic mixture model on a set of maps I already have, and retrieve thresholded maps. I have tried running: melodic -i canica_ic.nii.gz --ICs=canica_ic --mix=melodic_mix -o melodic_mix but the software just sits there with 100% CPU and no memory used. The log file created is: Melodic Version 3.09 melodic -i canica_ic.nii.gz --ICs=canica_ic --mix=melodic_mix -o melodic_mix --------------------------------------------- Melodic results will be in melodic_mix Reading data file canica_ic ... done Reading components canica_ic ... done Creating mask ... done Does anyone has an advice on what I am doing wrong? The data is skull-stripped ICA maps. Cheers, Gaël
